Complaint from Michael Escalera Wilmington, NCabout 11 years agoDeceptive trade practices. This company sold us a policy for commercial liabilty and sent us a certificate. Turns out the cert was a fake and the carrier on the policy said it was never purchased. They are being investigated by the state insurance regulators for similar complaints. BEWARE!!!!! Also we still have not been refunded the money we paid for a policy that we thought we had since end of
